Special short course option for K-8 teachers to participate in the STEM Experiences for Educators and Leaders (SEEL) program sponsored by CSU Channel Islands and VC STEM Network. This event provided educators with a hands-on preview of the CSU Science Carnival taking place on the evening of November 4th. Conference participants who signed up for this short course attended the GCSN Conference in the morning and then left at lunch to attend the SEEL event from 3:30-5:00pm at Rio Vista Middle School.
About the SEEL Program:
The STEM Experiences for Educators and Leaders (SEEL) provides PK-8 grade educators and leaders as well as afterschool educators and leaders with hands-on experience with Science Carnival activities that they can take back to their educational settings.
